A new space with more opportunities

Our Out of School Club is jam packed with fun opportunities for children. Playwork gives your child an exciting break from a structured school day and free play helps the children to feel comfortable and homely. Careful planning allows all ages ranges to enjoy and benefit from a wide range of activities:

Dancing, trampolining, skating, arts and crafts, forming their own pop band, or shooting their first movie. Gardening, Karate, lego, swimming or maybe having a cuddle with our pet rabbit!  These are just a selection of the things to choose from!

Within our new space, we now offer the following:

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club

Welcome to Tots & Juniors Café!

Role play is used to build independence, social skills and ‘thinking of others’.

The children have the opportunity to become part of the service team, as waiter or waitress, or a cook in the kitchen, preparing their own and friends breakfasts!

Pop on an apron and a chef hat, and join the fun!

We offer a nutritious breakfast, which children can enjoy in the company of friends.

Children then have a choice of activities before preparing for the ‘Walking Bus’.

Walking Bus

This service involves staff taking children to and from school on foot.  Tots & Juniors Hi vis waistcoats are worn by our infants and hi vis sashes worn by juniors and staff. Staff carry first aid bags at all times and are qualified within this area.

Your child can learn and experience the health benefits of walking to and from school, follow road safety and meet weekly challenges.

Will you be awarded ‘Walker of the Week?’

Walking is fun!

We take and collect from the following schools:

Southend Infants and Juniors

Do you not have enough time to listen to your child read each night?

Is your child reluctant to do homework?
